Your entry code for the Main Street entrance will be sent to you prior to arrival.
DURING YOUR STAY
Please water our potted plants on the deck if they look thirsty! We appreciate it.
The grill on the deck is ready to use! Please be sure to turn off the propane in between uses by tightening the knob on the tank.
Please park your vehicle (s) in the front of the building to the left when facing the building from Main Street. There are signs affixed to the building indicated the spots.
Heat and AC are controlled by remote. Electric floor heat in the bathroom is controlled by the touchpad on the wall. If the AC is running please leave windows closed. To ensure the unit responds to the remote, remove the remote from the cradle and point it directly at the ceiling unit.
Help yourself! There are plenty of towels, blankets, cleaning supplies, toiletries etc available at Topside. Use what you need!
CHECK OUT – 11:00AM
Please put all used linens in one (or both) of the two laundry hampers provided. This includes sheets, towels and kitchen linens.
Please remove trash and recyclables (bottles and cans) from the unit and place in marked receptacles underneath deck stairs.
Please leave the unit. “broom swept” and tidy.
Please turn lights off, set heat to 64 degrees, close windows and lock doors.
Accidents happen! If something is damaged or broken during your stay please just leave us a note or email if necessary.
QUICK FACTS
In Maine, plastic bags are banned from most stores and paper bags cost 5 cents. Use our shopping tote and if you end up with bags feel free to leave them in the entry way drawers for our next guest.
